Who We Service
How Well are Your Finances Weathering the Storm? Notice about COVID-19: We are still open (virtually, and via phone & email). We are also handling some limited on-site projects for emergency scenarios (mostly network connectivity with financial software). We are currently also making some appointments to meet with clients as needed for tax return signatures and document exchanges as needed. Our office has been vigourously working with multiple clients to transition to a paperless environment wherever possible, since the restrictions of the stay-at-home order have been lifting. We are now working with clients to update their existing workspaces to accomodate the multi-state scenarios of possible further or reinstatement of the “stay-at-home” orders from various governors and mayors since the steady increase of the spread of this horrible pandemic. We are working with many clients to update their systems to handle remote accessibility for both their employees and their clients as quickly and as safely as possible, keeping in mind the priority scenarios require essential businesses to continue working as normal as possible during this situation. Since mid-June, 2020, Governor Whitmer has lifted most of our state’s stay-at-home executive order, thus allowing further implementation of remote accessibility to whomever we can help throughout the upcoming weeks and months. We do have the capability of remotely installing software and updating computers and networks as long as the host computers have access to the internet. We are working with clients to adhere to CDC requirements for social distancing, along with helping clients keep their essential business activities online. If you have any questions, please call our office to see what we can do to assist. Despite the obvious chaos of the above global pandemic, we’re wrapping up the tax season for fiscal year 2019 as of 5PM on 10/15/2020 for those who were on extensions. We will assist anyone who was not able to meet the deadlines as necessary to bring into compliance with tax authorities (including prior year tax returns). Note: There are some exceptions that the IRS will allow for late submission of tax returns, but emphasis is on limited good reasons for late submission due to Covid-19 issues that can be proven in writing. We DO NOT guarantee any forgiveness or acceptance of excuses submitted to IRS relating to the Covid-19 crisis. Further news recently shared across the many news media outlets, share several small business loan options to help those businesses affected by the Covid19 epidemic and the state-required closures of many facilities throughout 2020. With this said, we are working to update the business pages of our website to provide some critical resources to assists business owners during this tough time. We will be updating our website over the upcoming days.
